Hi, I’m Valdemar Rosen aka Chef Valdemar! I am a Swedish, American, New Zealand 12-year old and I love being in the kitchen. My first ever dish was Spaghetti & Bolognese and I always cook it with my Mom. My whole life I’ve been watching my Mom, Dad and Older Sister making food. In 2021 lock-down I started cooking myself and I wanna share this journey with you.
