This is the BEST gluten free bread I’ve ever tasted! So simple and soooo delicious… Try this recipe right now
- First add water, yeast in a medium size bowl and whisk. Then add sugar and salt. Whisk in the gluten-free flour. After thick add the 2 egg whites.
- Cover with a clean cloth for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes add all the perfect dough into a bread tray. Platen it out until even. (optional) Sprinkle some sesame seeds and sea salt on top.
- Add to the oven on 200°C for 40 minutes. There you have Voldy’s amazing Gluten Free Bread. So simple and so delicious!
