Swedish Meatballs

Have you ever wanted to make IKEA meatballs, if so this is the perfect recipe for you!!

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total time: 35 minutes
Servings: 50 meatballs

Ingredients

1 kg
Ground beef
1
Onion - (grated)
3 tablespoons
Dijon Mustard
3 tablespoons
Cranberry Jam
3 tablespoons
Milk
2
Eggs
1/2 cup
Oats
A pinch
Salt & Pepper
3 tablespoons
Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. First pre heat the oven on 200
  2. Use a ice cream scoop for each meatball and place to a tray with baking paper.
  3. Add to the oven for 6-8 minutes. After 6-8 minutes put 10 meatballs each on a pan on medium heat, with some butter. Cook around 5 minutes until golden brown!
