- First melt all your butter. And then let it cool down. Put the oven to 175°C.
- Take a medium size bowl and start cracking your eggs with the sugar. Whisk it, so it’s smooth. Now add some drops of the vanilla extract with the flour and the cocoa powder.
- Add your butter when it has cool down add and then whisk.
- Now pour it into a cake tray and smooth it so it’s equal. Put it for around 15 minutes.
- When it’s done sprinkle with some icing sugar and there you have Chef Valdemar’s Kladd Kaka! ENJOY...
