My Mum’s Secret Granola Recipe

Servings: A full jar - enough for a few days!

Ingredients

1 pinch
Salt
1/3 cup
Sunflower Seeds
1/3 cup
Pumpkin Seeds
1/3 cup
Flax Seeds
2/3 cup
Chopped Macadamia Nuts
4 cup
Oats
1/3 cup
Coconut Oil
1/3 cup
Clear Honey
1/3 cup
Water
2 teaspoon
Cinnamon
2 teaspoon
Cardamom
A few drops
Vanilla Extract
Banana Chips - (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. First turn on the oven to 165
  2. Take a large bowl and add everything together. Then move it to a baking tray with some baking paper. Spread evenly so every bit gets a nice crust.
  3. Now put into the oven for 9 minutes and then take it out and move it around. Put it back for a another 9 minutes.
  4. After 18 minutes switch it to 50°C and let it sit for a couple hours (3 hours).
  5. Now when it’s been a few hours add some banana chips and there you have My Mum’s Secret Granola Recipe!
