This Gluten Free Orange Bread recipe will make you want to go gluten free for your whole life, with lovely moisture and sweet orange flavor!

Ingredients

1/2 cup
Orange Juice
1 1/2 cup
Gluten Free Flour
100 g
Butter
1/2 teaspoon
Baking Powder
Pinch
Salt
2
Eggs
1 teaspoon
Vanilla Extract
1/2 tablespoon
Orange Zest

Cooking Instructions

  1. First melt all butter and then let it cool down. After that whisk your eggs and sugar until creamy. Then when it’s creamy add every ingredient but not the butter that goes last.
  2. Put the oven on 175°C and add some extra butter to your bread tray. Now put all the batter into the tray and smooth out.
  3. Leave in the oven for 45 minutes. Now when has beautiful crust take it out, and there you a lovely Gluten Free Orange Bread.
