- First add the milk and eggs and whisk. After it’s a yellow colour add the nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add your 2 bread slices and leave them in for about 2 minutes. When you’re waiting put some butter to a pan on high heat so it melts. Then add your bread to the pan and form a nice crust.
- Flip 2-3 minutes on each side and when both of the sides and a golden crust take it off. (optional) Put some sugar and butter on top and there you have Chef Valdemar’s French Toast!!
